I have been working at ABB (United States) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good compensation, good morale, great opportunity to move and advance your career! Love it the same way 4 years later as I did the first day. Management is flexible with your personal events in life.

    Cons

Too many meetings. Need to condense meetings to once a week and not everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stay involved with staffing.
