I worked at ABB (United States) full-time (more than 3 years)

ABB has a variety of interesting project to work on and the management lets you pursue these projects with freedom.
They also have a great safety culture. The working culture depends plant to plant. Most of the plants have a welcoming family-like culture. Generally the working hours are a little over 40 a week and under medium stress.

The management changes a lot which creates distrust between "blue-collar" and "white collar" workers. They pay lip-service to improvement programs such as Six-Sigma and Lean but often don't have the push to really achieve these.
