Big US company, with strong US culture. Australia struggles as does not have same depth of product offering as US.

I worked at ADP (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great sales training (onboarding and ongoing), strong support available and large, stable company.

    Cons

Current leadership in Australia is out of touch with market and employees. Lots of staff churn and IP is spilling out the door! Product is outdated with no real plan to update in the near future. Very difficult to sell on value when the product is far from where it needs to be in the market. No real opportunity to move up, as most managerial jobs are hired externally and/or employees from the US are moved out for a 3 year term.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Engage with your employees (especially the head of Australia). Talk to them (not just "at" them), make them feel they are part of the organisation not just doing a job. Product needs serious upgrade/improvement.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
