    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never forget what the airline means to Alaskans. It is more than just transporting people from place to place. For Alaskans, this airline is an essential link in the supply chain, and they often rely on its cargo operations for transporting basic necessities to and from remote villages. Although it is primarily a passenger airline, senior leaders must not forget the crucial role its Cargo Operations department plays.
