    Pros

Good pay, good working conditions as a telecommuter, good, diverse work force. Many talented people work there. Excellent benefits package

    Cons

The management leaves a little to be desired when it comes to communicating future plans and needs to the field. Line managers were better but because of lack of info from upper management they had limited info. Training for remote employees was not as good as it should have been.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should strive to be more open about plans and future for all departments and offer more hands on training for remote employees.
