I worked at Amway as an intern (less than an year)Pros
There is a lot of support for interns, and tthe projects for interns in all departments seem to be meaningful and important to the company's real goals and needs. Mentors provide resources, training, and any other necessary tools for success.
Fairly good work-life balance, only time spent working after normal hours is on presentations.
Great office environment, very friendly coworkers.Cons
Very results driven and fast paced. Steep learning curve for anyone who has not had experience working for a large global company.Advice to ManagementAdvice
More transparency and conversations about potential full-time hiring, throughout the internship and even as early as interviewing for the internship.RecommendsApproves of CEO
