    I worked at Ashfield In2Focus

    Pros

    Chance to try jobs that you wouldn't otherwise
    Competitive basic salaries but be aware there are few if any benefits once you read small print of contract

    Cons

    Treated as a commodity
    Will make money out of you at every opportunity
    Be aware that first six months are probationary and don't count as full employment so no sick pay for a year!! Interesting as that's the length of many Contracts
    Also check your notice periods
    You have to give a month ... They give you a week
    Finally take photos and records of your company car
    I have not met anyone yet who has escaped without being charged on return on their car

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees as people and they can be a real asset to you
