I worked at AstraZeneca full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay range is excellent and bonuses get better the longer you serve. Good facilities and benefits such as gym membership, income protection insurance and great conferences.

    Cons

No rep advocates amongst senior management and very few capable FLSM's. Not fun to work here any more as most managers are too busy trying to justify their jobs. Hard work done by the visionaries in the company is been undone by poor implementation and the erosion of talent within middle management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be less concerned with trying to be right all the time and work more collaboratively with your staff who have a great wealth of talent and experience among them. Style is far too dictatorial and driven by personal opinion and prejudices.
