    Company promotes from within if you work hard.


    Once you get to a higher level they do not adjust salary to be competitive with the rest of the market and do not try to retain long time employees by offering competitive pay. Many leave for much higher paying positions or positions that offer growth potential

    Listen to the employees! They care and want things to be better....listen to your customers! They are begging to be heard
