It's difficult to keep bakeries staffed, consistent fluctuation on policies and procedures, a lot of back and forth, and then you're not really sure who is driving the boat. It's like they are lacking any true commitment to anything other tan having lots of bagels and a concept of guest service.Advice to ManagementAdvice
