    Pros

    - Excellent training and skills development
    - Smart and supportive colleagues
    - Huge, global network and overseas opportunities
    - High level of responsibility and accountability
    - Client portfolio is top-notch

    - Compensation is a little lower than industry average
    - Long hours (but that is normal for the industry)
