A lot of local projects if you don’t like to travel but want to tell your friends you area consultant. A lot of parties and a huge “brinks budget”.

Run by a lot of ex Accenture people who felt like creating splinter group. The projects are PMO or a BA. The trouble here is that due to the massive inorganic growth there is demand for production line robots that are needed to charge massive day rates for not very much actual value add work. This is a great model if you are at the top of the tree linking your pockets with a percentage of revenue generated. However if you are trying to build a name for yourself this is not the place for you. Middle management who have progressed through the ranks due to selling people onto pointless roles have no integrity and lie to get you on “their” project. When you try to come off of it you are branded during the next review cycle. The money is average at best and by coming here you will be driving your career down the drain. Training is very poor but its the only thing you can do to keep up mentally stimulated. The budget per person wouldn’t even cover the cost of a basic BA course. If you are looking to work in a line roll in a financial institution with less pay and less benefits this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Review what you actually do. You have very good experienced people whose skill sets you simply ignore they will leave and you will really be a production like with high turnover.
