-Extremely overpriced medical care when additional costs are added in. The family deductible was over $5000 starting -in July and again in January. Yes, $10,500 a year in required deductible costs.
-While there are some solid managers, they must live in concern for their jobs. So while they empathize with your situation, they honestly can't do much for you.
-Expansion of company is happening so fast they just can't keep up. Concern is about becoming the Quintiles of the world instead of staying in the niche they were best at.Advice to ManagementAdvice
-To lower management, move on if possible. I see the red flags popping up and you don't want to get caught in a hail storm.
-To upper management, instead of the constant looking ahead at the great and grand future of a huge company, see that what you have behind you are good, dedicated people that have been there for years dedicated to you, but losing patience. Expansion means nothing without the dedication of the staff you had.
