Opportunity to make good money if you are good at what you do
Australia is a smaller part of the US centric business. As a result, this region can get left out of planning or not catered for with business decisions that affect globally.
Not enough value coming from Sales VP and above ie. sales strategies scarce, success building alliances is limited
Reliant on a large global alliance and a weak partner community
Professional Services capability is weak - not Enterprise grade (they can do PS for Enterprises but doesn't have an Enterprise approach)
Advice to Management
Don't throw more headcount at your revenue growth needs. Instead optimise the business, build alliances and better channel otherwise drop them all and sell direct and with 2-3 Public Cloud providers. Also, the top 2 globally need to move on for the next wave to take the business to the next phase.
