I worked at Computer Sciences Corp full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Company is good at providing opportunities, allows you to improve your experience.
Opportunity to work on very interesting projects.
Company with a tremendous capability to deliver on global scale.
    Some great people.

    Cons

While you get opportunity to increase your experience and take on more responsibility, it is not rewarded.
    Company lacks Sales capability.
Some demotivated and disengaged staff, some do little or no work.
People in sinecure positions are a drag on the bottom line.
Constant restructures, which always somehow miss the work-avoiders and gravy-train riders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Each team knows who the work shirkers are. Run "the weakest link" poll and get rid of them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
