    Pros

Lots of earning potential from the ground up. Great job for a single person with no ties.

    Cons

Not family oriented. Don't expect any promises made upon hire or promotion to be kept. Everyone in this organization who stays long is a salesperson. That's all they know how to do. With the exception of a good two week sales training upon initial hire, don't expect much after. If you are only out for yourself and don't mind stepping on a few people along the way, or working extremely long hours, you can truly make a killing here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you say. Empower your managers. If they are not trustworthy enough to make a $100 decision, they should not be a manager. It's not a privately owned company anymore. If you expect to be treated as such. You can run the company with two people, especially with the huge expansion going on.
