    Pros

A lot of eager people to pick up work, and learn. Bonuses and benefits are good, but hear some or most are not around in 2015.

    Cons

Management hire people that are not qualified for the jobs, nor have the actual experience for the positions they are hired for and don't know how to deploy a quality in a product. Maybe that is why pay is lower than most. They don't hire people with the "quality" understanding and if they do,they don't realize it until they leave. More will soon leave on their own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to start raising the bar and hire people with actual experience that can deliver quality; or remove the quality policy from the badges. Also, listen to those employees when they suggest ideas to making it better.
