    Pros

    High energy, clever people
    Flexible work practices
    Competitive salary

    Cons

    Constant hiring freezes and rounds of staff cuts so the few left have to take on the extra work whilst they continue to hire at the top level (extreme salaries) and build new empires.
    Constant shuffle and change - hardly have a chance to see if a new team or structure works before it is changed again.
    Likely to have twice as many bosses (even in middle management) than years worked at Dell.
    Most people scared to ask Why of their bosses.. dont question a directive.

    Advice to Management

    Stop looking for Yes people. You need to have staff and management that challenge, ask why and can help generate new ideas or stability.
