    I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    the sale of beverages is not going away,your job is seccure as long as you can perform.They have new equipment,2013 frieghtliners,3yr old power jacks,and forklifts,the building was just remodeled and is set up nicely.
    They have good insurance,health,dental,eye,long and short term dissability 401k,and more.

    Cons

    wichita ks plant,the head boss is not honest,management can be harsh and hard to work for.
    drivers clock in at 4 am. others at 5 am.i was getting 50 to 60 hours a week,but they did away with part of my route ,now they are hard to get 40 hr. a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    little to no chance,if you do have a chance to be in management,you will take a pay cut,and work more hours,for a newer person thats okey,but if you have any time in at all it don't make sence
