    I have been working at Experis full-time (more than an year)


    - Good work environment
    - No candidates' ownership
    - Employees work as a team


    - Weak business development team
    - Hiring process is too long
    - Poor execution
    - Weak leadership in general
    - Lack of strategic planning in general for new client acquisition
    - Volume shop and it all depends on consulting clients in genernal
    - Compensation is bit too low comparing with other competitors

    - Provide more sales or recruitment training for employees
    - Create more incentive programs for employees
    - Be more consistent for planning vs execution
    - Be creative to get better clients
