    Decent enough benefits but could be better
    Nice if you are ok staying in the same department and not moving up for long periods of time.


    Very Low salary/pay
    Lack of growth opportunities
    Slow promotional opportunities
    Non- challenging often times
    No maternity leave, bereavement leave, marriage leave etc
    Bias towards male employees
    HR seems to look out for the best interest of the employer more than the employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the pay for employees, provide more opportunities for employees to grow, grant more time off like marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave etc. Hire more women in positions of authority.
