I worked at Fujitsu Network Communications full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay, family friendly. By and large the people I worked with good people.

    Cons

Incestuous corporate culture. Everything you say, do, buy and sell must be with other Fujitsu companies. Clueless or gutless on how to run a business in America. Extremely cowardly leadership interested only in self preservation and image. I was with the company for close to two decades and now that I'm out it's glaringly apparent how bad the leadership was in this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out from under the thumb of the mothership and run the company like any other American company. Otherwise, you will be closing your doors in the next five years. Pay and benefits are great - however, these are the two least favored attributes of the most successful companies for which people want to work.
