The pay, benefits, bank in the building, downtown location and the people

As most have said mid level management. Too many people collecting a check for doing next to nothing. The company has the arrogance of a bigger Telcom company (say Comcast or Time Warner), without the customer base or resources. How can you have the most expensive product to your market and not invest in your company to provide the best service?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of some of these people. These people are stagnant and don't encourage growth or change, or heck even positive feedback. There are several people I see walking around all day, doing NOTHING, but getting a steady check. And I mean nothing. You need to invest in your outdated, slow, inefficient systems. It's ridiculous to be a telecommunications company with poor systems and technology.
