    Pros

    Great back office team who work hard, your co-workers keep you in the job, not the actual job itself

    Cons

    Lack of training provided or updates on industry changes. Often hires people based on culture fit more than actual qualifications. Double standards, it all depends on which manager you are friends with at the time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest time in your teams and i would suggest more specific payroll training and memberships to payroll assocications
