    I have been working at Henry Schein full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Wonderful benefits, good pay, plenty of voluntary overtime, excellent culture. I learned a lot about myself and how to perform functions that are valuable and marketable I started out as a temporary, and through the help of tuition assistance, I was able to finish my college education and pursue a career within my degree field.

    Cons

    At times, the pace and pressure is high, and management struggles with skills to balance this pressure and employee morale.
