I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great manager. Able to build relationship with team. Knows how to handle issues and problems without putting the burden to subordinates.

    Cons

No room for promotion. Frequent re-organization and finding it hard to create new clients/jobs.
