    I worked at ICON full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Flexible working arrangements-nobody questions the time you leave during the day. Great starting point to enter clinical research as they hire non-experienced people (probably so they can pay them next to nothing).

    Cons

    Horrendous pay with very few promotional opportunists.The company is not quality driven but rather metrics driven. Workers burn out often so the staff turn over extremely high so others are expected to fix whatever mess is left behind. Workers are not supported by higher management which gives the office a somber atmosphere. Nobody is happy working here and using this place to move on to companies.
