    Pros

Good experience, good location, some good people

    Cons

Very competitive office culture among peers, very limited staff development, culture of face time and long hours emphasized by management, limited time off, sick leave discouraged even when sick

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value non-partner employees more. Implement more modern management techniques of motivating employees. Send non-partners to occasional conferences as well. Adjust pay scales to industry standards.
