I worked at InterContinental Hotels Group part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible roster for part timers, they strived for a team mentality (though they fell short), seems like they promise you opportunities but they don't deliver ("budget" "too experienced" "not experienced enough" "wrong type of experience" "too young" "you're better at a different property" "there's nothing here for you")

    Cons

Hours, no one in my department got promoted in the 2 years I was there. Everyone left as they were understaffed and everyone was overworked and underappreciated.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
