I have been working at Interactive Intelligence full-time (more than an year)

Interactive Intelligence is a Global company that strives to provide each employee more than the recommended level of salary, benefits, work environments and career advancements, per the country they are based in. It is an absolute pleasure working for them and I can see myself here for a very long time. Even though it is a relatively young company there are still a great many long service awards presented each year, which is testimony to how good it is to work for them.

The level of excellence is high. Every employee is hired for their enthusiasm for their work and their personal drive. They have the ability to push themselves, specifically the technical teams, and I can see that if you are not prepared to work hard and pull your weight that you would not fit in, in this environment. Basically this can be an overwhelming company to work for and you can feel inadequate if you are not up to your peers standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I honestly cannot think of much that management can do to improve. Each team (of field in the company) can always work to improve their processes and procedures to get things done more efficiently but, considering this is such a fast-growing company, it is always going to be difficult to stay on top of everything.
