I worked at Jacobs full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I was very lucky in getting many opportunities at Jacobs, being able to travel and gain a lot of very useful experience very quickly.

    Cons

Limited number of opportunities as not everyone had this experience. Middle management also limited the number of later opportunties available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Whilst a relatively robust graduate development scheme was created, a more equitable transition process to full engineers needs to be finalised

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
