I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great place to learn
There is always work and opportunity to learn
Even if it is a project with not much high fundo work, one can get very well skilled in SQL/excel/logical and business thinking

    Cons

After one year, if you are not in a right kind of team and a good manager or leader with whom you cannot connect well, learning and value add for yourself might reduce significantly
If you want to be a people manager, you can stick around for around 4 years and you might become an AM
If you want improve skills and aim to be SME in the domain, may thinking l think of leaving after 1-2 years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set better context with employees why they should work for more than 12 hours a day without good compensation... It seems like one can become a manager only by exploiting his subordinates and less importance is given to planning the work and timelines better.. Managers are pushing employees just for sake of it sometimes.. Without being clear about the end goal themselves...
