I have been working at NELSON full-time (more than 5 years)

the hours are not as bad as Architeture with a capital A firms. Benefits are decent, good work from home and work/life balance options if you have status

Pay isn't great and it is impossible to get raises. The level of design is lacking - bread and butter jobs are OK, but not mixed with enough "fun" clients. It's a big firm but feels "mom and pop" in a bad way as the nickel and dime everything - holiday party was cancelled because it was "too expensive".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop "re-focusing" and just focus on your employees and building design credibility.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
