Current Employee - Associate Relationship Manager  in  Washington, DC (US)
Current Employee - Associate Relationship Manager in Washington, DC (US)

I have been working at PNC Financial Services Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great place to start career or if you are a senior person with tons of experience and network
very smart people on the teams

    Cons

not enough resources for associates; you will get the subpar branches and likely make no real incentive credits if you do not have a network of millionaires ready to invest with you.
Technology is a bit dated but should improve

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more realistic with the goals of associates are they will continue to leave. Think about all the money you spend to building them; however lack implementation of how to use them effective in market.
