    I have been working at PULSE full-time (more than a year)


    Opportunity to work with good people, rapid growth over the last few years than ever before, many veteran employees (7-10+ years) with invaluable vendor knowledge


    Growing pains! No longer the days of execute on initiative simply because it appears like a 'sound business decision'; Veterans may hoard their vast knowledge. Resource staffing could be better - not much ability to cross train staff. Better synergy between the business depts and technology dept would allow better planning

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    PULSE Sr and Exec. Management is very capable and better than I've seen in many other organizations.... however as the industry goes through rapid change with various interpretations of the Durbin Amendment, management should do more to best prepare that their workforce are evolving from a 'convenience'-based industry to a regulated one
