I have been working at Pacific Pulmonary Services full-time for more than a year

If you want a job where you sit and make a decent salary without achieving much, this is the place for you.

Lack of transparency, from time to time you really wonder where people go. For example, I have not seen our CFO for a really long time only to find out that she's been let go much later. IT is complete mess, leadership there is virtually non-existent in terms of both development and help desk.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please get a solid vision plan and not a go there because you feel like it plan and turn the opposite direction half way there because you suddenly decided that wasn't a good strategy out of your guts.
