I worked at Pfizer full-time (more than 5 years)

Amazing training facilities, standard expectation to not break regulations and work ethically

Just undergone massive restructures and removed a lot of support staff leaving field staff to carry a heavier load. Poor work/life balance, pay less than the rest of the industry but very high expectations for call rates and after hours work, annual leave constraints and travel out of work hours. I was working 50-60 hour weeks and this still wasnt enough.
A lot of politics in management and it seemed people were promoted and rewarded based on their links not skill. Upper management would often contradict important statements they had made.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Black out periods for leave are not ok if they go for 40% of the year.
