Brand portfolio is second to none in the Beauty industry.
    Good training available.

    - Internal processes are complicated to the point of becoming a barrier to business growth (this was the case in ANZ CBD).
    - internal collaboration can be made extremely political by some managers.
    - ANZ business is so under-resourced that "executing with excellence" becomes near impossible due to capacity.
    - ineffective Management team. They have long promised simplification, yet delivered nothing. Some work (customer claims, sales forecasting etc) has become more complicated and time consuming.
    - Company culture is at an all time low and it is obvious that management prioritizes cost reduction over staff culture and camaraderie. For example; Used to have weekly "offsite" conferences; these are now single day meetings. Xmas parties seem to have been planned on a shoestring, massive reduction to staff parking spaces in Sydney office etc.

    Advice to Management

Your only focus should be setting your team up to win; you need to "light a fire" under your staff by improving company culture and simplifying processes to get everyone energized and engaged, otherwise you'll lose good people.
