I worked at Richmond American Homes full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They build a quality home and provide sales training.

    Cons

Other companies have bonuses for meeting your monthly or quarterly goals, but this one does not. If you work in the main office, even if you get an A+ on your yearly evaluation there is no pay raise for your efforts. All they care about is profits and their investors, not the employee. Sales associates are in and out of there so fast, most don't make it to a year. The sales associate that's been there the longest has less than 2 years. It is very difficult to get into the Presidents Club. No one in PHX made the list last year. They paid too much for their land and therefore pricing is much higher than the competition making it difficult to compete.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management will never change, so advice is useless.
