I have been working at RouteOne

    Pros

    Flexible Time
    Relaxed environment
    Casual attire
Friendly people only if you know them beforehand
Nice location (closer to all restaurants)
    Parking available

    Cons

    Highly bureaucratic and stuffy environment
People don't bother to even wish you Good Morning
Managers like to be "aloof" -Maybe they shouldn't be Managers then
Need to be good friends with upper management at personal level to get promotions- hard work is not enough, take Directors out for dinner or I don't know maybe pickup their veggies anyways good luck and do something except hard work to get noticed.
Did I say bureaucracy is 21st century-YES!!! bringing that point again
People will talk about you behind your back so get ready for it
Within 4-6 months you will notice people are not what they pretend.
No appreciation whatsoever.. you will be told you could have done better
No matter how hard you try to learn you will be made aware how inexperienced you are time to time by your Manager

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why is it so important to give promotions to people you only like?
I would refer this company to someone who wants to experience bureaucracy in full effect.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
