    Diverse range of products and services
    Large Global perspective
    Some interesting technology
    Some very talented people


    Dysfunctional Global organisation that has spent more time acquiring businesses than building them
    Local management that seem to go out of their way in finding ways to disregard the global position on anything
    Lack of cohesive management or budgetary structure , highly fragmented and combative.
    Aggressive boys club running the show which leads to some very strange decisions when they are looking after their mates! Certainly not a progressive open local management culture.
    Lip service given to improving employee morale but in a culture that actively underpays on the market rate, often treats employees with contempt, has only just started to invest in new offices that don't look like a 3rd world country.
    Management and HR systems often don't work or take so long to launch that they are superseded.
    Finance runs the show and has way too much influence on day to day, a positive culture very quickly gives way to numbers and permanent cost reduction and penny pinching for anybody who doesn't sport the title of VP and above.
