    I have been working at State Farm full-time (more than an year)


    Job Security
    Great training + education assistance
    Job isn't too difficult


    Can be very overwhelming with all of the task work required to complete.
    Call center - Making and receiving calls all day.
    Low salary.
    Unable to transfer experience to other industries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management seems like they are mostly concerned in pointing out your mistakes and it is hard for them to see how well an employee is doing because they do not watch them work.
