Fanciful marketing programs that creates an illusion of career progression to lure in fresh graduates. The reality is that fresh graduates are meant to be cheap and disposable meat-shield to be thrown in front of clients.
Work-life balance is non existent. Most projects are in death-march mode, customer support consist of being abused by client and trash talked by middle-management for not managing client expectation.
Increasing sales presence thanks need to juice up balance sheet in preparation for IPO. Think 2 Sales to 1 Project resource. Strong process in place to assure revenue so that senior management can move on to the next cash cow.
