    I worked at The Myers Group full-time for more than a year


    Expectations are clear, and you get more efficient over time. Teaches you good Excel skills.


    Workload was ridiculous, due to manual processes. Management is poor from top to bottom. Many have not managed in other companies, so they have no idea of best practices. Nepotism and probably fear of a challenge prevents the best leaders from being brought in. They only reason this company is growing is that they're in a growing niche. Company on-boarding was laughably bad. Compensation was too low for the amount of work.
