Current Employee - Analyst in Atlanta, GA (US)

I have been working at Triage Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

    -Leadership is competent
-Most people are smart since they recruit from really good schools
    -They promote from within
-Lots of vacation time(3 weeks starting off, 4 weeks once you become senior, 5 once you become a manager)
    -Time off to volunteer
    -Great health insurance benefits
-You don't work that much(40 hr is standard for analysts, 45 for consultants)
    -You'll learn about Access
-They buy you food very often
    -Training is solid

-The work is extremely boring and monotonous
-Most of the day is spent on the phone arguing with insurance company reps who speak horrible english
-Not all senior analysts will become managers since there's not enough spots
-There is a senior analyst there(won't name any names) who likes to talk about herself all the time, she is on a huge power trip and she is condescending to people below her

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm not so sure the difference in pay between the analysts and the associates is fair since the analysts spend way more time on the phone and they do most of the dirty work.
