    I have been working at Triage Consulting Group full-time (less than an year)


    Tons of fun stuff--happy hours, teambuilding, paid volunteer time, team events.
    Sweet PTO and you are encouraged to use it unlike other places
    Work life balance is great--get your 45 hours in and no more
    Pay has decent growth given the minimal travel/hours worked


    Work is monotonous, boring and at times does not feel challenging at all.
    Lots of paying your dues but not always the rewards for doing so
    Many people come from very privileged backgrounds which can be hard to relate to
    PTO and sick days are combined. Aka most people come in when they're sick.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's hard, as the management is good but the board (three founders, CEO and head guy in ATL) make most big decisions. Sean (ATL head) is amazing and awesome to work for.
