    I have been working at Uber as a contractor (less than an year)


    -Flexable schedules
    -Meet nice people
    -Simple to use
    -Okay money


    -No phone support, Still have not talked to one person on the phone
    -Don't reply too often to emails
    -Okay money, since they take out around 31% from drivers, not the 20% they claim, and don't explain reasons why. Again no phone.
    -They do send a mass text about 10 times over the weekend, telling you how busy we should be this weekend.
    -Ratings, but everyone has said that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Don't lie.
    -I would like to continue, because I like the flexablity. The customers are very nice. I drive a straight truck during the week, so I know the city.
    -Be approachable
    -I have 4 fiends that was interested in driving, until I explained the cons to them.
    -You guys have to get over yourselves
