I have been working at United Online full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    A paycheck and decent benefits.

    Cons

CEO, executive management, lack of vision, outdated product, pathetic working environment. It takes a talented leadership team to turnaround a failing business and this isn't it. No stock. No telecommuting. Not a people first culture at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the CEO, Francis Lobo, and find yourselves new jobs.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
