    Administrative Experience in the Wealth Management Industry is Required For This Role

    This is an excellent job for an Administrative Operations Professional with extensive paperwork processing experience in the Wealth Management Industry.

    This full-time salary position is condensed into traveling and then remote work. The position is a few weeks on-site in various locations around the United States, followed by a few weeks of remote work with a full technology setup. The role requires extensive travel to help assist Kingsview's Integration traveling team with paperwork processing during the initial phase of opening a new branch office.

As a member of our integrations team, you travel onsite every time the firm opens a new branch office to process paperwork and provide administrative support for established financial advisors as they initially transition clients to Kingsview. This is a traveling administrative job. Using your experience, you will provide a seamless and high-end service experience while supporting the operational needs of the firm's newest financial advisors. You will be the liaison between the financial advisor, the custodian, and the client - enhancing both the services our new partners can offer their clients, their financial future, and our overall growth.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Extensive Administrative experience processing paperwork in the Wealth Management Industry

    The Day-to-Day:

    • You will travel approximately 3 weeks on/3 weeks off, traveling opening new branch offices

    Salary: $37,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year - BASE SALARY
