- Understands automobiles by studying features, options, and capabilities; comparing and contrasting competitive models customers may be interested in and pointing the customer to the right vehicle by listening to their needs.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building value and rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining features and capabilities.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for the sale; price negotiating; completing sales or purchase paper work; explaining provisions; and delivering automobile.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Understands and can perform minimal Finance responsibilities
