Mini’s House of Pain (MHOP) is seeking a dynamic and certified Lead Strength Coach to spearhead our youth fitness program on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs, ensuring proper technique and fostering a positive, motivating environment for young athletes. The ideal candidate possesses a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification, previous experience in coaching youth athletes, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive training space.
A successful candidate for this position will be joining the MHOP coaching staff, a high-performing team consisting of some of the best strength coaches, nutritionists, recovery specialists, and running/endurance coaches in the region.

Our group strength and conditioning classes are 100% coach led, and our roots are ingrained in doing the basics of strength and conditioning. We believe in a movement first philosophy; peak performance starts with quality movement. In addition to providing premiere strength and conditioning programming and coaching, we offer private personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching, and partner directly with an in-house physical therapy office.
We have one of the most eclectic membership groups out there with members ranging in age from 8 to 99 and athletes that compete at every level. We have over 400+ active and committed members, and are only continuing to grow.
